Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
- Access: You will continue to have access to the Service and your remaining credits until the end of your billing cycle.
- No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time.
2. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK)
If you are located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK), you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
- Waiver: However, by purchasing digital content (which is available for immediate access and use), you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the performance of the contract has begun.
- Definition of Performance: Performance begins immediately when you access the Service, consume any Vibe Credits, or generate any content (images, stories, definitions).
3. 14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (COMMERCIAL POLICY)
Notwithstanding the statutory waiver above, we offer a voluntary 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first-time subscription purchases to ensure your satisfaction, strictly subject to the following conditions:
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, ALL of the following must apply:
- Timeframe: You must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
- First-Time Only: This applies only to your first subscription. Renewals and upgrade charges are not eligible.
- Usage Limit (<30%): To prevent abuse of our system, you must have consumed less than 30% of your monthly credit allocation. If you have used 30% or more of your credits, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Good Standing: You must not have violated our Terms of Service. Accounts suspended or terminated for generating prohibited content (Deepfakes, NSFW, etc.) or bypassing safety filters are NOT eligible for refunds.
4. REFUND EXCEPTIONS
While general dissatisfaction is covered only by the policy in Section 3, we may grant refunds in the following specific technical scenarios regardless of the 14-day window:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period.
- Service Unavailability: If the Service was completely inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our server failure.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
For clarity, the following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Renewals: Automatic renewal charges (unless cancelled prior to the renewal date).
- Unused Credits: Unused monthly credits do not have monetary value and cannot be cashed out upon cancellation.
- Change of Mind: Requests made after the 14-day window or after significant usage (>30%).
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method.
- Disputes: We encourage you to contact us first. Initiating a chargeback dispute without contacting support may result in the permanent suspension of your account and blocking of your identity from future services.
